What happens after you submit the form

1. Same working day. We aim to reply the same working day, seven days a week, from 8am to 8pm. If you call before 10am, a same-day visit on local postcodes is usually possible.
2. On-site visit. Gary visits, typically 30-60 minutes. He measures, looks at drainage, access and existing condition, and listens to what you want to achieve.
3. Scale drawing and written quote. For driveways, a sketch and layout. For gardens, a scale drawing. The quote is itemised so you can see what you are paying for.
4. No follow-up pressure. If you want to think about it, you think about it. If you have questions later, call any time.

What we do not quote for

• Weekly grass-cutting rounds. We do not run a maintenance round.
• Tree felling or large crown reductions. We can refer to a qualified arborist locally.
• Internal building work, kitchen extensions, conservatories. Out of scope.
• Single small jobs. Replacing one fence panel or laying a 2 m2 path on its own is not normally cost-effective.
